Global Hit K-Webtoon “Solo Leveling” to Debut as a World-First Exhibition in Korea

Large-scale exhibition based on the original webtoon: immersive world-building experience, life-size figures, and exclusive goods draw massive fan anticipation

The global flagship K-webtoon “Solo Leveling” is being produced as an exhibition for the first time ever in the world — and Korean audiences will be the first to experience it.

The webtoon “Solo Leveling” has amassed an incredible 14.3 billion cumulative views worldwide (570 million on Kakao Page alone as of September 2025), making it a definitive leader of global K-webtoons. It has also been serialized through print volumes and digital platforms in Japan, the United States, France, China, Indonesia, and more, building a powerful international fandom.

With its expansion into games, a hit anime adaptation, and a live-action drama starring actor Byun Woo-seok confirmed, the IP has drawn remarkable attention. This exhibition is a major milestone as the world’s first physical, large-scale content based on the “Solo Leveling” IP.

The exhibition places visitors in the role of an E-rank Hunter at the Hunter Training Center, allowing them to experience protagonist Sung Jin-Woo’s growth story firsthand.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcome message from Go Gun-Hee, chairman of the Korean Hunters Association. Iconic settings such as the Cartenon Temple, Hongdae Station Dungeon, and Jeju Island Raid are recreated in real-world spaces, enabling visitors to follow Sung Jin-Woo’s footsteps and relive his “leveling up” journey.

One highlight is a space where guests can shout the command “Arise!” to activate the Shadow Extraction skill themselves.

Life-size figures of key characters—including “Blood-Red Igris,” “Ant King,” and both E-rank and S-rank Sung Jin-Woo—along with a panoramic special video of the Jeju Island Raid, displays of divine beasts and Sung Jin-Woo’s weapons, all boost the exhibition’s immersive power.

Every visitor also receives a personalized Hunter License as a special perk. On-site attractions include a limited “Hunter Auction” merchandise shop, a Hunter-themed café inspired by the world of the story, and a four-cut photo booth featuring characters from the series.

The exhibition runs from November 22, 2025 to March 1, 2026 at DUEX Hongdae Hall 1.

Based on the original web novel by Chugong, “Solo Leveling” was adapted into a webtoon illustrated by the late Jang Sung-Rak in 2022. Set in a world where gates and dungeons open to unleash monsters, it follows Sung Jin-Woo, an E-rank hunter who awakens through a mysterious system at the brink of death to become the strongest hunter. Its dynamic action and meticulously built universe have earned explosive popularity with fans worldwide.
